We believe in having a well-round approach to life, but mostly events. We're here to support you in variety of ways: event support, marketing, social media and more!

Our Story

Victoria's experience ranges from highly-detailed, intimate events such as elopements, weddings, weekend getaways, and studio events. In addition to large scale events such as tented weddings, festivals and all outdoor events for the Blue Mountain Village from 2016 - 2021. VC Events has partnered with Studio Seventy-four since their original opening date in 2020 to support their internal events, styled shoots with Captured by Kirsten and other third-party events.

With over 10 years of experience planning various events and weddings, Victoria's passion for planning and design started from a young age, but professionally with Experiential Events & Marketing. Where we worked with brands to create experiences that drew people in, giving them a memory or story to tell. From cross-Canada mobile Marketing Tours to Trade Show Event Management, Sponsorship and infield-marketing, experiential marketing influences the way people think, act and shop. Some of the clients Victoria was fortunate to work with were, Scotiabank, Jergens, Biore, Hudson Bay Company Canada Day Celebrations in 2015, Happy Water, and Kijiji. Our goal at VC Events is to give you something exciting to talk about at the dinner table at the end of the day!

We officially launched VC Events in 2020, formally the begining of the Global Pandemic (YAY!). Although a blessing and a curse, this is taught us to be more creative, adaptable and resilsent. Fun fact, although we're named after our lead planner, Victoria Ciampichini, VC Events has more than one meaning! Victoria's husband, Collin, has been an assistant to her events since 2014. VC Events wouldn't be what it is without the support of the C in VC Events!
